Terms of Service

These Terms apply to all bookings made through thesiargaoloop.com (the "Platform"). By making a booking, you agree to them.

The Platform facilitates bookings and payments for motorbike tours conducted by an independent operator. The Platform is not the tour operator, does not conduct the tours, and is not present on the tours.

The Platform acts solely as the booking and payment-collection agent of the Operator. When you book and pay, your contract for the tour is with the Operator, not the Platform. The Platform collects payment on the Operator's behalf, retains only its service fee/commission, and the Operator's share is settled to the Operator. The Platform is not the seller or provider of the tour and is not responsible for the tour itself.

The tours are operated, led, and supervised by Jon Christoffer Obice (the "Operator"), an independent party who is solely responsible for how the tours are conducted, including route, pace, supervision, and all on-tour matters and safety.

Participants provide and use their own motorbike and safety equipment, obtained separately, at their own discretion and risk. Neither the Platform nor the Operator provides, inspects, maintains, or warrants any motorbike or safety equipment.

Motorbike riding is inherently dangerous and can result in serious injury or death. By booking, you confirm that each participant is at least 18, is fit and entitled to ride, and agrees to the Rider Waiver, Release & Assumption of Risk, which each participant must accept before riding.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for any personal injury, death, loss, or damage arising from the tours, from any participant's own motorbike, equipment, conduct, or decisions, or from the acts or omissions of the Operator or of any participant. Responsibility for the conduct and safety of the tours rests with the Operator and the participants, not the Platform.

The Platform makes no representation or warranty that the tours, or any participant's own motorbike or equipment, are safe or suitable for any individual. Each participant decides for themselves whether to take part.

Bookings are confirmed on receipt of payment.

Payment is collected by the Platform as agent for the Operator and processed via Stripe Connect, with the Operator's share settled to the Operator's own connected account. The amount you pay is the Operator's revenue; the Platform retains only its service fee/commission.

Cancellation policy: refunds are available up to 24 hours before the tour date. Within 24 hours of the tour date, bookings are non-refundable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes will be dealt with in the courts of the Philippines.
