We're The Siargao Loop — a booking and payment platform for small group motorbike tours on Siargao Island, Philippines, operated by [PLATFORM OPERATOR]. We take the bookings and process the payments. The tours themselves are run on the ground by an independent tour operator — a separate business that is solely responsible for delivering the trip. When we say "we" or "us" in this policy, we mean the booking platform — the party that collects your data on this site.

When you book a tour through this platform, we collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, and the number of riders in your group. We also collect the date and amount of your booking.

If you pay by card, your payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — that all happens on Stripe's side.

We use your information to confirm your booking, send you trip details and logistics via WhatsApp and email, and coordinate with the independent tour operator who runs the trip on the ground.

We don't use it for marketing. We're not going to add you to a newsletter or send you promotional emails. Once your trip is done, we leave you alone.

Payments are collected through this platform, and all card payments are handled by Stripe. When you click "Book Now," you're redirected to a Stripe-hosted checkout page. We receive a confirmation once payment is complete, but we never have access to your card number, CVV, or any other payment credentials.

We share your booking details with the independent tour operator — that's the separate business on the ground who actually runs the trip. They receive only the data they need to deliver it: your name, WhatsApp number, and trip date. As the booking platform, we're the party responsible for the data collected on this site; the tour operator is a separate recipient of it.

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't do anything with it that you'd find surprising.

You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time. Just email siargaoloop@gmail.com and we'll take care of it. If you want to know exactly what we hold on you, you can ask for that too.

This policy is governed by the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). We take that seriously and handle your data accordingly.
